What you can expect: All prints ordered from JoeyL.com are personally overseen and signed by Joey himself. We use museum quality Hahnemuhle and Epson archival paper and ink and pack them for shipping with the highest care. We are a very small operation and don’t outsource your order to a huge printing factory. This means that you can expect the highest quality print possible. We will do our very best to get your order to you in a timely manner, but please understand that it might not ship right away.
Shipping: Your order will ship from Brooklyn, New York via reputable couriers only. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking information via email once the print leaves our studio. Poster prints can be expected to ship within two business days. Editioned prints require five days due to the extra time required for printing as they are specially made for each order. Please note that if Joey is traveling on an assignment at the time of your order, you order will be fulfilled upon his return. We will do our best to notify you if there will be a delay in shipping due to his absence.
Requesting Prints: If your favorite photograph isn’t shown in the store, don’t fret. If you would like a specific editioned print that you don’t see, please use the request form. We will contact you personally to discuss your print request. Please be aware that this request form is for editioned prints only.
Shadow Boxes: The religious artifacts included in these custom made shadow boxes are one of a kind and may not be exactly as show. Each artifact was acquired from the location where the photograph was taken and are icons of the subject’s respective religion. They were hand crafted by artisans of their particular regions, but are not considered antiquities. Because of the nature of these custom shadow box and unique items, exact sizes may vary. To ensure you are getting the prefect piece for your needs, please send us an enquiry so we can discuss the details with you personally.
Artist Proofs: Joey retains the right to create and sell AP (Artist Proofs) of editioned prints.
Returns: If your print was damaged in transit please contact us with photos showing the damage within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise all sales are considered final. After we assess the damage, you will be asked to send the print back so we can send you out another print in its place.
Missing Shipments: No matter what courier is used, lost packages are an inevitability. Sometimes packages get stuck in customs… If your shipment doesn’t make its way to you within 8 weeks, please contact us so we can make it right.
